Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 calendar days from the time you received your item and we will gladly exchange or give you a store credit minus shipping and handling charges. Returns have to pay a 10% restock fee. Should you choose to exchange an item, costumer is responsible for applicable fees for shipping and handling. Packages must arrive at our address within 15 calendar days from the time the order was received. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason after 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Item must be in same new condition with the tags attached, as received. Otherwise, any worn, washed, damaged items, or items missing tags will not be accepted.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged!
We do not accept the return/exchange on any intimate clothing (dance wear, lingerie, etc..)
Returning Instructions
1. Enclose a copy of original invoice.
2. A brief explanation of reason for the return.
3. Item you want to exchange for (include size change if required).
4. Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE

In the event an item has been damaged, please keep the item in its original packaging and contact the delivering carrier ( UPS or Post Office ) to arrange for inspection
